What Causes Muscle Spasms Along With Numbness On Finger Tips?

i have been having these spells , involuntary full body muscle spasms , in the form of shivering in 90 degree weather , but i am so cold my finger tips are numb, this can last up to 45 min. and afterwards i am exhausted, and sore , taking up to 4-5 hours to recover . i retain consciousness , unfortunately . i have experienced this 4x the last 2 months. i have been having no appetite and feel that malnutrition. has run parallel to these episodes , my blood pressure runs stage 2 hypertension , don t know if it s related , just fyi
