What Causes Muscle Spasms, Double Vision And Exhaustion?

My sister has been experiencing muscle spasms, double vision, and exhaustion. This happens for a few days every couple of weeks. She saw a doctor who said since her blood work was fine there is nothing to do for her. She is not depressed or stressed. Should she seek a second opinion or try to ignore the symptoms?
