What Causes Muscle Spasms In Back, Chest And Abdomen?

I was prescribed tramadol 50mg, tizanidine 2mg, mobic 15mg, ibuprofen 600mg & 800mg, flexeril 10mg, percocet 5/325mg & 10/325, vicodin 10/300mg, norco 5/325mg & 10/325mg and robaxin 500mg all over the past 6-8 months for my teeth (half are broken) and for my back (i have multiple herniated discs and severe muscle spasms in my sides, back, chest and stomach.)
I still have roughly half of all of them left, what will help best to take away a massive toothache and jaw pain?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated and Thank You in advance.

~Also, what would cause muscles spasms in my sides, back, chest and stomach(from my waste up to top of my neck) that cause me to puke and cough up blood and then pass out?
