What Causes Muscle Twitches,dry Mouth And Heavy Sweating?

I have a tingling sensation and numbness on my left side of my face small migrain. Right side of my arm has the same thing all the way to the finger tip. This started about 3 years ago now its getting worse by muscle twitching, have dry mouth, heavy sweating when i wake up soak, feeling drain waking up like i worked my butt off.I do have high stress level, also once and a while it seems like my body acts up like mood swing and sweating.
