What Causes Muscle Twitching, Headache And Tiredness?

im experiencing musle twitches ,palpitations, off balance, head pressure, tiredness, confusion. had these symptoms for 6months now 24/7, the off balance started the symtoms. the symptoms dont seeem to ever go away they just dimmer down sometimes. what do u think is the problem.. iim on stemetil from the off balance its not helping
