What Causes Muscle Twitching, High BP And Feeling Of Pumping Adrenaline?

My body feels like I've just finished a long run, muscle twitching, like my adrenaline is still pumping. I've felt this way for about 2 days. I checked my blood pressure & it is high 175/70. It is generally about 134/78. I do not run, but take walks every day.
