What Causes Muscular Spasms All Over The Body?

For almost10 years now I have had mussel spasms in the intestines. The doctors have check my gallbladder and did an upper and lower GO with no significant results. As of 1 year ago I started getting spasms in my left leg. It lasted 22 minutes. It tour 4 mussels in the calf and blood clots. I now have mussel spasms all over but no one seam to have Amy answers. I can not begin to tell you how frustrating this pain is and how afraid I am. Please give me some kind of answer to make sure I can get some help
