What Causes Mushy Stools Along With Bad Odour?

Poop easily comes out and is mushy but formed and normal, has a really bad foul smell and has been like this since January. Every time when I wipe myself, the stool is hard to clean out and have to wipe myself multiple times. One time, my stool was sticking to the toilet and I had to use something to scrub it off and it was flat and greasy and foul smelling. I think this may be a bowel infection that can go away im not sure. And it comes out real easily.
