What Causes Mustard Color Bowel Movements In A Child?

My sister suspects her 10 year old son may have a parasitic infection. His bowel movements are far from normal and mimic diarrhea texture and the color is mostly mustard. He suffers from severe pain with it also. Childrens hospital in Boston say all tests are negative...what should she do at this point? No travel outside the USA.
