What Causes My Headache And Hearing Loss For 4 Seconds?

My head keeps hurting it goes away and then it comes back and then sometimes i cant hear for a little while about 4 seconds not a lot but just want to know if i might have something oh and i can't sleep most of the time have big circles in my eyes help please?
