What Causes Nasal Bleeding And Itching?

hi, im an 19 year old college student. i have been experiencing nasal bleed for atleast a week now, my nose is itchy so i sneeze constantly. The nasal bleeding mostly occurs every time i wake up in the morning. it takes about an our to stop, is it serious? what is causing it? how can i stop it?
