What Causes Nasal Bleeding When Having Post Concussion Syndrome?

I was recently diagnosed with post concusion syndrome. I rested for 2 weeks then began jogging once a day. Today I decided I was going to push myself alittle bit and ran up 7 flights of stairs. Shortly after my nose began to spot (blood). Is that normal?
