What Causes Nasal Cavity Pressure With Discomfort And Crackling Noises?

This sounds weird but when ever I lay down at NIGHT, my left nasal cavity get a weird pressure type feeling to where it is uncomfortable and I can feel on the left top side of my teeth and then it all of a sudden does a weird crackling noise like if you were to crunch chips. This happens every night ever since I just got over a sinus infection about 2 weeks ago. Is it related to that or could it be something different?
