What Causes Nasal Congestion Along With Difficulty Breathing?

Hi, so for around 8 months i have had congestion in my nose and im not sure if it sinusitis but i always have mucus and feel pressure at times its really hard to breathe i can breathe easier when i use a saline spray but i need a cure. answer me soon and thank you
