What Causes Nasal Discharges Randomly?

My right nostril started leaking clear fluid a day or two ago, very randomly. I've never had this problem before, and it was very surprising. I haven't been doing anything differently. In fact, I was just sitting down on my bed reading a text message when the liquid came out of my nose as if it were a faucet. It wasn't a lot, but it dripped right out. I'm not sure if I should be concerned.
