What Causes Nasal Discharges With High Liver Enzymes?

My nose drips clear water constantly, so often that my nose is wet year round. No cold symptoms. I recently had my deviated septum fixed, but it didn't solve the problem. I also just found out that my liver enzymes are high as well. Are they related? What's wrong with me?
