What Causes Nasal Drip, Vomiting Sensations And Sore Stomach?

I have a nasal drip,bad allergies,sore stomache,difficulty breathing,head pain and it makes me want to vomit.when I vomit its liquidity,white and at times light green.Im on a a medication for Pneumonia but I was never xrayed.what do you think is causing this?
