What Causes Nasal Drips And Watery Eyes After Chemotherapy?

Yes. I had chemotherapy last year and I developed a chronic clear nasal drip on the right side and a watery eye on the right side. It is now nearly a year since chemo and I still have this problem. Whenever I lie down the drip stops. I also recently had very loud tinnitus and vertigo which seems to have calmed down now. Any ideas?
