What Causes Nasal Odor Of Clorox Persistently?

I keep getting the smell of javex. It is unmistakable. It can happen anytime and any where. It has happened about a dozen times in the last few months. Just today I was out in the country driving when the odor was there. No pools in sight so I don't understand why it keeps happening. Thank you in advance. Pauline
