What Causes Nasal Sores And Cuts In Lower Nostrils?

My son seems to have allergies. he s 24 years old. He has had a serious nasal sore or Cuts in his lower nostrils for several days. His nose is dry, not runny and he says it has scabs that are getting bigger in side his nose. He has severe itchyness and dryness. If he picks at it it bleeds a lot . He is on the verge of a brekdown. He has not slept in 2 days due to this. He also has high anxiety and depression. This is only adding to his anxiety. He went to an urgent care. they gave him Benedryl and Flonase. He is more dry now and in extreme pain. I am about ready to take him to the ER
