What Causes Nausea After Implanon Insertion?

hi im nineteen have an implanon planted and when i wake up in the mornings i feel like vomiting but cant cause nothing comes up jz feel it in my abdomen {stomach}......and i wanna know what could be the possible reasons why this is happening? its been a couple of months like 3 to 4 months now
