What Causes Nausea After Being Operated?

My mother is a 74 diabetic woman. She was operated from the stomach a year ago. She´s feeling nauseas and she´s been depressed for more than six months. She´s visited more than eight doctors but nothing works. She doesn´t want to eat. We are very worried. We´re from Venezuela
