What Causes Nausea After Eating Food?

I am having trouble eating things I used to love. Occasionally I get nauseated, but usually it seems my mind just rejects foods and it s hard to find something I am hungry for. My labs were near perfect three months ago so I have no idea what is going on. I am 77 and in good health. Just tired a lot. please help. thank you Joyce
