What Causes Nausea Along With Bile Mucus In Stools?

I had my gall bladder removed three years ago. Have continued to experience discomfort on the right side. over the past two weeks, I have been nauseous, dry heeves, stool is green with a lot of bile. What are your thoughts not been able to eat due to a feeling of fullness in the epigastric area. What are your thoughts?
