What Causes Nausea Along With Diarrhoea?

I had sudden onset of nausea-sick stomach and defacating (not diarrhea), cold sweat about 30 or so minutes after eating 5 brazil nuts. Had had a backache all day. After trying to through up and staying in the bathroom about 30 min I got to the kitchen and drank some gatorade and took a couple of 81 mg baby aspirin. I took a shower and have felt some better. I have kept an eye on my blood pressure as it has gone up and down it is now 128/85 and heart rate sitting is 76. BP has been 145/91 with heart rate 65 to 70 when it happened. Any thoughts.
