What Causes Nausea Along With Elevated Blood Pressure?

I am in So.FL. My husband aged 69 who is generally in good health rode a bike this morning, can. 4 miles each way, returning can 2 pm after a program. There was some food. This evening he does not feel well, even went to bed. Felt nauseous earlier. Temp 96.5, BP 146/75, pulse 55. He may have taken a pill - I found a round pill, larger than aspirin (his usual go-to), pastel pink, 93 / 7252.
