What Causes Nausea Along With Fatigue And Altered Sense Of Taste?

I started my period on the 13th of december me and my husband had intercourse and it stopped since then I have spotted at least once a week and I feel very nauseous and fatigued and have a weird taste in my mouth also I use to could sleep on my stomach and now it hurts to even try also I have felt like ive had a slight fever as well can u tell me what is going on??
