What Causes Nausea Along With Hands Turning Green And Blue?

My daughter has had a virus this week where she had nausea with no vomiting or diarrhea. The nausea would get better and then get worse in waves. After about three days of having this, her hands started to turn a turquoise green/blue color. Do you know why that would happen?
