What Causes Nausea Along With Lower Stomach Pain?

i have been experiencing vomiting, naseau, swollen breasts for the past two weeks. Now I notice that I have light bleeding along with a sharp pain in my lower left stomach - similar to cramps but not as severe. Took a home pregnancy test, but it came back positive.
