What Causes Nausea Along With Muscle Cramps?

I feel nauseated and all my muscles feel like they are going to cramp . They feel really tight and burn a little. I didn t do anything out of the ordinary today. I am a warehouse manager and was feeling fine earlier. I did do some cleaning with bleach and was wondering if I m having a reaction.
