What Causes Nausea Along With Pressure In Head After Smoking?

I am a 52 yr old female white who has smoked since 14. I still 142lbs and am 5 6 .I tend to chain smoke in the morning and then start to feel nauseated and this pressure in my head which doesn t go away until I vomit. I take puffers for asthma, have nodes in my lung and a shadow appeared on my last ct which my respirologist feels may be asbestos (yet to be confirmed). What would be causing the nausea,head pressure until I vomit
