What Causes Nausea And Bloating While On Copper Coil?

hi i had copper coil fitted 6 weeks ago, 2 weeks ago i started feeling nausea, it lasts all day everyday, i also feel very bloated and ive put on weight even though im not eating much. I had a termination in january and a implanon inserted straight away. i had it removed in june due to side effects. It feels like im pregnant but im not cos i had a period 2 weeks ago.
