What Causes Nausea And Blood In Nostril On Donating Plasma?

I just donated plasma about a half hour ago. I felt slightly nauseous at the end of it, but it went away. But now I have blood in my right nostril. It's not necessarily a classic bloody nose. I have never had a bloody nose and I am wondering if there is any reason for concern.
