What Causes Nausea And Body Pain After Receiving Deprovera Shot?

Hello, I hope you could assist me with my question. I started my first round of the deprovera shot. It has been 36 hours. I am feeling very shaky, nauseated, bad cramps, sore body, and a bit of fever. My period is supposed to begin tomorrow, so I believe that's the cause of cramps. Could I have symptoms this quickly?
