What Causes Nausea And Cravings For Food While On Depo Shot?

this is what's going on I've had a depo shot about 6-7 months ago never followed back up I haven't been on a period in 5 month....I feel sick late at night if I drink tea I feel sick or I throw up...I felt very weak last month so I was like I may be pregnant even though I've taken 5 pregnancy test 3 said negative 1 blank the other a line and a half..when I started taking the prenatals I felt fine my body didn't ache as much I didn't feel like fainting so I stoped for two weeks the symptoms of fainting and nausea came back. my belly button used to be a inny now its almost a pitied...if I lay on my stomach it hurts like hell aand I feel kicking and it's rapid when I get off my stomach it stops but I also feel a few kicks seldomly throughout the day everyday...I'm tired more I crave chocolate like crazy I'm always smelling bleach always waking up with headaches but I barely look like I'm pregnant I've had 3 children all 3 and under 3,2,1 last child I had 2012 the thing is so crazy I feel baby kicks and my belly button is starting to poke out some but not all the way and test said negative am I pregnant
