What Causes Nausea And Discomfort At Back Of Throat After Eating?

hi I had the stomach flu last mon til Tuesday and still cannot eat always feel nauseated no more throwing up or diarrhea since since tues but cant eat only thing I can eat or drink without feelin nauseated is chicken noodle soup or Gatorade.. but it is a constant feeling in the back of my throat like when yo eat to fast and theres a big clump of mashed potatoes sitting there? no fever .. just nauseated constantly..hope you can help thank you kindly
