What Causes Nausea And Disorientation On Taking Critical Care Probiotic Capsule?

I was vomiting mucous(y) blood 7 days ago. Was seen in the emergency room & sent home after IV meds (something to stop bleeding & fluids). Was back to the ER today due to taking a 50 billion critical care probiotic capsule and felt nauseas, weak, disorientated & sweating for approx 10 min. Stomach feels better but am somewhat nauseous, can I take some gravel? There has been no vomiting for 8 days and stools r pale colour
