What Causes Nausea And Dizziness After Having Fludac?

hi i am taking fludac 20 mg nearly one year that time i will be fine after one year i withdrawal gradually around 3 months but know i feel premature ejeculation and erection problem.and feeling tired. so i again start the same 20 mg dose but i feel nausea,dizziness and insomnia taking around 20 days. so pls advise me to withdrawal or continue the above drugs because i have tomuch dizziness and nausea.
