What Causes Nausea And Dizziness After Stripping Membranes During Pregnancy?

My daughter had her membranes stripped four days ago. She is 40 weeks and 4 days. She had bloody show after the stripping and has had mucous discharge. She is only dilated to 2. Today she woke nauseous and dizzy. Should we make a trip into the ER for a consult or is this normal? She has one son, 2 years ago pre-eclamptic and they took him by forced labor at 37 weeks. She is not having any contractions.
