What Causes Nausea And Dizziness Taking Tylenol?

My family physician has recently changed my pain medication from 2 tabs of Norco to one to two tabs Tylenol 3 every four hours. I am finding I am having nausea and dizziness more than before and less relief with my back pain. Should I request to go back to my prior medication?<
