What Causes Nausea And Drowsiness During Second Trimester?

Hi I am pregnant 17 wk second trimester I have back pain always I feel tired still I have nausea & drowsy feeling I wash clothes I cook I wash dishes I go to upstairs and dry clothes just advise me what kind of household chores can be done but all telling if I do heavy work I get normal delivery is it true?
