What Causes Nausea And Headache After Hysteroscopy?

I had a Hysterscopy ,removal of flexi T ,endometrial biopsy and insertion of Mirena coil five days ago. I had no problems with general anaesthetic and not mucnh bleeding. However, since then I have experienced nausea,headaches and I feel weak and lethagic .
