What Causes Nausea And Headache On Left Side Of Head?

I have had a headache on the left side of my head above and around my eye for the last 5 days. It is fine in the mornings then gets worse by late afternoon. I will get nauseated also. I do suffer from migraines but this isn t a typical migraine for me. Is this something I should be concerned with?
