What Causes Nausea And Headache While On Synthroid?

my body temperature is 96 now. normal is 97.5 plus or minus. have not been feeling well, constant nauseaous and headache, have been taking synthroid for years, and recently had all hormone blood work done,all within range. any clues as to the problem?
