What Causes Nausea And Hives Along With Blackout?

hello , I have a 44 yr old m in good health tyat has recently has experienced lis swelling , hives , nausea with a blackout . I believe in the past he had a similar episode w/o the blackout . I was wondering if anything was evident in these ? thank you
