What Causes Nausea And Lightheadedness?

yes, ive felt lightheaded a few times today. l dont know if my bp is low because l cant check it have no bp checking machine. Is there something l should eat or do besides lying down which i just tried already and do feel a little bit better, and also l feel little nausea too.thanks
