What Causes Nausea And Lower Stomach Pain After Complete Hysterectomy?

I have been haveing some lower stomach pain and kind of crapping. I don;t get my period anymore because I have had a complete hysterectomy. I seem to get alittle nausau after I eat and had some loose stools this week. The first day was Monday and then it would come and go but today it started all over again the pain is not just at my right side but on the lower half belly button and down. No fever but chilled. When I press on my stomach it hurts but its not severe pain just a cramping achey pain
