What Causes Nausea And Numbness In Face Post Vyvanse Withdrawal?

I took vyvanse for 2 solid weeks and decided to stop because I felt off and anxious. Since stopping I have had severe exhaustion and strange side effects. I m extremely nauseous, more anxious, my jaw feels tight and my face almost numb. I m on day 6 of being off. How long will this last? Did u do permanent damage to myself? I m Very concerned. Thank you for any info.
