What Causes Nausea And Stomach Pain With History Of Hysterectomy?

Hi. My name is Beth. I am 55 and had my total hysterectomy on July 15th 2014. I have been having some very strange symptoms lately. I don't have any idea if they could be related to my hysterectomy or if it's an intestinal issue. I am very discouraged about how I feel. On Jan 2nd I started having nausea and stomach pains, followed by very bad diareah. I could not stop going so I took Imodium and that stopped it for a day then it hit again pretty bad so I took more Imodium. So then for a week I was just sick. Nausea and gas and stomach pains. ( the pains weren't terrible but enough to hurt). Oh. And very tender in my stomach. Then I had about three good days but then and then it hit again! Really bad diareah and nausea and tender stomach w some pain too. I took Imodium again and it stopped it but I am feeling sick. Nausea. Laying around no energy. Does this sound like something that is common to hysterectomy issues?
