What Causes Nausea And Thick Vaginal Discharge Before Periods?

i may have my periods within 2 days....i am trying to become pregnant too...i am having a feeling of nausea or being full but hungry at the same time and im experiencing a thick creamy discharge too with no odor...am i pregnant or is it just signs of mensuration?
